About the role
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute implementation, deployment, migration, and support activities for Windows infrastructure projects. Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019. Implement and manage Active Directory services including Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user management. Deploy, configure, migrate, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server environments (2013, 2016, and 2019). Configure and manage Windows Failover Clustering and High Availability solutions. Perform server installation, hardware configuration, firmware upgrades, and health monitoring of enterprise server hardware. Implement and manage backup solutions, storage systems, and disaster recovery processes. Prepare implementation plans, technical documentation, SOPs, and project reports. Perform system performance monitoring, patch management, and security hardening activities.
