UI Developer with Snowflake (VA)

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Senior UI Developer with a strong background in cloud computing and expertise in Snowflake and Cybase/Postgres. This role requires a senior-level professional who can influence technical decisions and drive the development of user-centric applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for client's cloud-based applications. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to define and deliver innovative solutions. Leverage Snowflake for data integration and management within UI applications. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability to meet user demands. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to architectural discussions. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure best practices in UI development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio of web applications. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly Snowflake. Familiarity with database management systems, specifically Cybase and Postgres. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
