As a UX/UI Designer at Celanese, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software interfaces. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics of the product. Key Responsibilities: - Gather insights into user needs and preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Develop and implement innovative methods to improve the end-to-end user experience for applications and systems. - Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. - Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction, including A/B testing and heuristic analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and technology. - Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within Celanese. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness. - Standardize the measurement of customer satisfaction across multiple applications. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on UX/UI experience in researching, designing, developing, and implementing solutions. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and innovative solutions. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. - Knowledge of usability principles and techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies. - Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
