About the role
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Frontend Developer (React.js) to drive the design and development of scalable web applications at Celcius Logistics. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor developers, enforce best practices, and deliver high-quality frontend solutions. This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, close collaboration with backend and product teams, and the ability to lead a growing engineering team. Responsibilities Lead the frontend development using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworksDesign scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI architectureWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeEnsure best practices in performance, security, and scalabilityConduct code reviews and enforce coding standardsLead and mentor a team of frontend developersAllocate tasks and manage sprint deliveriesConduct technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessionsWork closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teamsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesEnsure alignment between frontend and backend APIsImplement unit testing and frontend testing strategiesMonitor application performance and fix bottlenecksMaintain documentation for architecture and workflowsQualifications Strong hands-on experience with React.jsProficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integrationExperience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologiesPay: 600,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insuranceProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience: React.js: 8 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Frontend Developer (React.js) to drive the design and development of scalable web applications at Celcius Logistics.
