Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager

Celcom Solutions Global is Looking to hire ERP Project Manager. Location:Remote Employment Type: Full- Time Work Mode: Remote Experience: 12+ Years Note: Candidate should be willing to Travel to Saudi & Sri Lanka on need basis. We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex ERP implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation programs. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance. Oversee cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and operational stabilization. Drive testing governance, release management, and environment planning. Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities. Manage stakeholders, vendors, and executive-level reporting. Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and industry best practices. Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of Project/Program Management experience. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. Proven success managing large-scale ERP transformation programs. Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
