About the role
As an IT Systems Engineer at Celigo, your primary responsibility will be to engineer IT solutions. You will be required to design and support scalable IT solutions, handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tickets for multiple regions, provide onsite IT support, and automate internal IT workflows using Celigo's integrator.io platform. Your role will also involve supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, creating and maintaining IT documentation, and partnering cross-functionally to improve efficiency and IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design and support scalable IT solutions, including SSO expansion and automation initiatives - Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tickets for multiple regions - Provide onsite IT support and assist in using cloud-based services - Automate internal IT workflows using Celigo's integrator.io platform - Create self-service solutions to reduce ticket volume - Maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks - Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and IT service delivery Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science with 3-5 years hands-on experience - Experience administering Google Workspace and supporting Google tools - Familiarity with tools such as JAMF, Intune, MS Office, Zoom, Slack, LastPass, and Jira or JSM - Hands-on experience with automation scripting and API-based workflows - Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows environments - Passion for technology with a proactive, self-driven approach - Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills - Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment - Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing handoffs across time zones Working at Celigo, you will experience a flexible, hybrid work culture that values autonomy, collaboration, and trust.
