Staff Software Engineer - AI/ML

In this role, you will design and bring to market turnkey business applications for users of cloud systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Google, Amazon, Magento, and more. Scope of Role / Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a small team of technically strong software engineers in an agile environment. Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance SaaS solutions. Drive technical architecture discussions and make key technical decisions. Collaborate with product management to align technical solutions with business requirements. Develop products capable of handling large datasets and ensure performance and scalability. Work with microservices architecture and integrate multiple cloud platforms. Hands-on development in the following tech stack: Node.js, Python, MongoDB, AWS, Apache Kafka. Required Experience & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development at product-based companies. Solid foundation in computer science with strong competency in: Data structures and algorithms Design principles Software design (HLD, LLD) Performance and scalability Experience leading technical discussions and making architectural decisions. Familiarity with SaaS solutions and integration domain is a plus. Technical Skills: Node.js (preferred) or expertise in another programming language Python MongoDB Amazon AWS Apache Kafka Microservices architecture Required Characteristics / Attributes: Exceptional problem solver able to design simple, effective solutions to complex problems.
