Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering solutions firm. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrating mechanical components and systems into our projects, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. You will also be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical structures and components. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, expertise in integration processes, a passion for d1.elivering innovative engineering solutions, and technical expertise to ensure the structural integrity, performance, and safety of the Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed design drawings and models for mechanical components and systems. Develop prototypes: Create and test prototypes of mechanical components and systems to ensure they meet technical specifications and design requirements. Troubleshoot and problem-solve: Identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems. Perform design analysis: Use analytical tools to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical designs. Requirements P roficient in CAD software: Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360. Familiarity with engineering standards: Knowledge of engineering standards, such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO, and regulatory requirements. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems. Experience with prototyping and testing: Experience with prototyping and testing mechanical components and systems. Skilled in mechanical analysis: tolerance analysis (GD&T), structural analysis, welding processes. Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly, material knowledge, and engineering fundamentals. Qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Solid works/ Autodesk Inventor and certification is preferred. Excellent working knowledge of sheet metal design and weld fabrication processes, along with knowledge of assembly and welding procedures.
