About the role
Role & Responsibilities Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Micropile & Ground Support Works Execute Micropile and Ground Support works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Plan and monitor daily site activities to achieve project milestones and productivity targets. Coordinate with design, survey, QA/QC, EHS, and subcontractor teams for smooth execution. Ensure quality, safety, and optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Prepare progress reports and monitor planning, resource deployment, and project execution. Preferred Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: 4–12 years in Micropile and Ground Support works. Experience in execution and planning of Micropiles, Rock Bolts, Soil Nailing, Shotcrete, Anchors, Slope Stabilization, or Ground Improvement works . Experience in metro, tunnel, underground, infrastructure, marine, or geotechnical projects will be preferred. Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office will be an advantage. Strong planning, coordination, and site execution skills.
