PostgreSQL DBA - Bangalore

Roles and Responsibility. 24x7 Shift rotation. Should be prepared to do Night. Monthly rotation.10 hrs shifts , 4 days a week. 3 Days off.Good background in windows system admin and Linux system administration.Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in supporting a hosted SAAS operation. 5.Good understanding of AWS platform and administration. 6.Must have supported a hosted application in some capacity. Should have done release deployments using Jenkins or any other automation tools. 7.Good understanding of monitoring tools like Nagios/Logic Monitor/Sumo logic/Splunk/ etc. Handling case using CRM applications. 9.Good communication skills and able to coordinate zoom calls during Incidents and outages. 10. Good Network basics: troubleshooting /connectivity issues to sites/DNS/IP addressing/ 11.Must be aware of incident and service management process as per ITIL guidelines. .
