About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining IAM components, focusing on authentication and access workflows across systems. This high-ownership engineering leadership role will require you to oversee architecture, delivery, release quality, and cross-team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and development of multi-threaded C++ AuthN systems - Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for Desktop and Web SDKs - Drive release readiness, including security updates and deprecation timelines - Oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure stability and reliability - Collaborate with QA to define test strategy and automation coverage - Resolve customer-reported issues and production challenges - Document product decisions, design details, and integration requirements - Implement system improvements focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability What You'll Work On: - Core development and architecture of IAM components - Design and implementation of authentication applications - End-to-end ownership of feature development, release readiness, and delivery - Integration across backend systems, identity services, and desktop components - Implementing system-level improvements across pipelines, validation, and automation Qualifications Required: Tech Stack: - C++, Win32, Multi-threading - AuthN / AuthZ / Identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect) - Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines) - Windows desktop applications - Debugging & performance tools Must-Have Requirements: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in C++ (system-level + application-level) and Desktop application development - Strong expertise in Multi-threading, memory management, performance optimization, AuthN / AuthZ / Identity systems, and debugging complex production issues - Experience with security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), CI/CD pipelines (Azure preferred), and a strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead end-to-end delivery Good to Have: - Experience with Qt-based UI development, exposure to Identity & Access Management systems, experience in release engineering / DevOps workflows, and familiarity with large-scale enterprise systems Please note that there are no additional details about the company in the provided job description.
