Positions:5 Full Time Experience 7 - 12 Years Senior Delivery Implementation Specialist About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end technology implementations for large-scale migration projects. This role combines technical expertise with strong client management capabilities, requiring you to drive successful system implementations while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction across multiple simultaneous projects. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Delivery Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for client accounts during large-scale technology migration projects Drive stakeholder meetings and manage project escalations effectively Create data templates and deliver training to account teams Guide end users through data template completion and validate data quality Perform data uploads and system configuration Manage user creation, authorization, role mapping, and access provisioning Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides and process documentation Conduct internal testing, demos, and training sessions Provide troubleshooting support and early life support to client teams Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), change control processes, and release plans Provide regular status updates to project management teams Pre-Sales & Planning Support Contribute to overall delivery approach development during pre-sales and project planning phases Provide resource estimates and input to cost and timeline estimations Define and document functional, technical, and business requirements Manage client interactions and expectations across multiple projects Product Support & Quality Assurance Maintain trackers for reported issues and bugs Prioritize issues with product leads and report to development teams Test fixes and confirm issue closures with implementation teams Perform detailed testing of new products for process flow and features Conduct internal process flow testing and report findings to product teams Coordinate with product teams to resolve bugs and manage customizations Monitor tool usage and report insights to account teams Participate in business-led change management processes Stakeholder Management Manage communications with stakeholders, vendors, clients, business transition teams, and IT management across multiple regions Interface with clients across multiple business units, countries, and regions Collaborate with various IT functional areas including engineering, foundational, revenue, and transition teams Work with business leads for technology planning and management Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 6+ years of hands-on data migration and implementation experience Minimum 2+ years of exposure to data migration between two systems in parallel Proven experience with multiple migration projects Client-facing experience in technology implementations Application configuration and customization experience Project management experience Technical Skills Working experience with Excel, MS Access, or similar data management tools SQL knowledge and experience System configuration and user management capabilities Testing and quality assurance expertise Soft Skills & Attributes Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently Excellent team player and collaborator Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Flexibility to work US/UK time zones Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent (full-time education) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Co-Star Real Estate Manager tool or similar lease administration applications Property management or real estate technology background Experience in large-scale enterprise system migrations Familiarity with change management methodologies What We're Looking For You are a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex technology solutions.
