Full Stack Java Developer

About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust software applications and products that meet our customers evolving needs. You will engage across the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture design and code implementation to quality assurance and deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to deeply understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (such as Agile), and technologies Assess software application and service requirements to determine the most suitable technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of applications Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, architects, and other stakeholders Define and implement software test strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with organizational vision, industry regulations, and market best practices Continuously improve application performance and optimize code; implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Apply professional programming practices including test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery Support security practices to safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization techniques Create user-friendly and interactive interfaces with modern frontend technologies Develop and maintain back-end applications including APIs and microservices using server-side languages Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities; monitor and participate in solutions for new stack layers, often involving industry collaboration Mandatory Skills Core Java Advanced proficiency required Preferred Skills Java 1.8 or higher Angular 18 or higher Spring Boot 3 or higher JUnit testing framework Karma test runner SQL and relational databases HTML/CSS PrimeFaces (working understanding) APIGEE API management platform J2EE Design Patterns Tekton pipeline SonarQube code quality analysis GitHub version control MCP Tool OpenShift container platform Required Experience 6+ years of IT industry experience 4+ years of software development experience Proficiency in 2 or more coding languages , or advanced proficiency in 1 language Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development (both frontend and backend components) Preferred Experience Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Tekton Proficiency with code quality and security analysis tools like SonarQube Version control experience using GitHub Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms like OpenShift Experience with API management and governance tools Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies What Were Looking For You are a versatile engineer who can seamlessly work across the entire technology stack.
