Sr Solution Architect - SAP FICO

In this role at Cepheid, as the Senior Solution Architect SAP FICO, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting new business capabilities within Cepheids SAP RAR/FICO add-on application, related SAP modules, and third-party systems. Your primary focus will be on projects in Finance, specifically on Revenue Recognition, AR, and Order-To-Cash processes, as well as Taxation, reporting, and integrations with other SAP modules. Your role will be part of the IT Applications Back-office team based in India, Remote. Key Responsibilities: - Establish relationships with Accounting and external third-party vendors globally to drive daily management and problem-solving around Revenue Recognition, AR, AP, Asset, Order-to-Cash, and related issues. - Configure and maintain SAP RAR and FICO to meet business requirements, including integration points with other SAP modules and peripheral system applications. - Collaborate with global business teams to understand processes and requirements, and design, develop, and test system solutions. - Lead implementation projects in alignment with Cepheid ITs methodologies and governance model, ensuring well-integrated solution designs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in computer science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - 12 years of experience in Information technology with a focus on SAP ERP design and implementation, including project management. - 8 years of functional design, implementation, and support of SAP and S4 HANA, FICO modules, and Accounting & Finance processes. - Experience in SAP configuration, business processes, and module understanding in areas such as Order to Cash, P2P, etc. - Hands-on experience in India Taxation, GST rules, and integration of SAP with India Govt Tax portals. - Experience in Business process configuration, interface mapping, Master Data, Credit Management, Invoice Processing, Intercompany Eliminations, Reporting, etc. This position at Cepheid offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to solving complex health challenges and make a global impact.
