Cyber Security Engineer (Visakhapatnam)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Support Engineerto support cloud systems, security tools, user access, monitoring, patching, and support tickets. The role is suitable for someone who can troubleshoot technical issues, follow support processes, document work clearly, and help keep cloud and security systems reliable. Location: Mohali and Vizag Key Responsibilities - Monitor security alerts and help investigate issues - Handle cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity support tickets. - Support user access, roles, permissions, MFA, and IAM requests - Assist with vulnerability review, patching, and remediation - Support firewall, web security, DNS, and access control tasks - Monitor cloud performance, uptime, backups, and system health - Troubleshoot cloud, network, endpoint, and security-related issues - Document findings, updates, and resolution steps - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed - Help improve support processes and automation where possible Required Skills: - Degree in engineering required - 4 plus years of solid cyber security support experience a mustCybersecurity certifications highly desired - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Understanding of IAM, MFA, access control, firewalls, and cloud networking - Experience with support tickets, troubleshooting, and documentation - Basic knowledge of vulnerability management, patching, and endpoint security - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and respond to assigned support requestsSecurity Tools / Similar ExperienceExperience with most of these tools or similar platforms is required:1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, Keeper: - Mimecast, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint - Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Nessus - Aqua Security, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca Security - CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne - Microsoft Intune, Automox, Endpoint Central - Splunk, Datadog, Sumo Logic, Elastic, Microsoft Sentinel - Okta, Azure AD .
