Skills: Data Specialist PKI & Certificate Management Experience Required: 8-10 Location: CHENNAI||BANGALORE Role Descriptions: Manages and continuously enhances the capabilities within Data Security service portfolio. • Provides expert advice and drives various PKI, Certificate Management, encryption and key management initiatives within the bank. • Coordinate solution implementation, advisory, problem management, change control and incident response. • Excellent collaborator with business teams, infra teams, security operations and offers technical guidance • Develops, tracks and analyses actionable metrics to continuously improve tooling and procedures and provide visibility of operations to management. • Provides simple solutions to a variety of complex technical problems. • Performs remediations for security assessments and vulnerability analysis as required to justify risk tolerances and acceptances • Documentation of security infrastructure, implementation, operational manuals and developing configurations to meet new business requests • Support and guidance to others within the team and across the function as needed • Work independently with minimal supervision in order to define and implement complex projects • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization, from senior executives to technical experts • Security Certification a plus • Contribute to the Risk, Audit hygiene and governance for the function KEY STAKEHOLDERS: • Security Technology Service Heads, Engineers, Architects and Product Managers • Technology Services Core Infrastructure • Technology Services Cloud Infrastructure • CIO DevOps and Agile teams • Production Support and Country technology teams COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS): • At least 7 to 10 years’ experience in Information Security including 3-4 years in projects and product management. • Proven experience identifying solutions for complex problems in enterprise environments. • Proven ability to do research and documentation on emerging trends and how they impact the Group and assigned strategies • Knowledge of more than 3 of the primary security technologies and applications preferred – Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate & Key Management, Data Centric Security • Strong theoretical background on PKI and Cryptography • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology and decisions to technical and non-technical personnel • Highly meticulous and detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organization’ goal. Exudes confidence and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive success • Able to get things done in a quick-paced environment. Be transparent and open around what doesn’t work and what does • Good, writing and influencing skills are required as the opportunity often presents or interacts verbally or in written form to senior business leadership. • Proven ability to identify and develop clear and understandable security capabilities and strategic views from high-level business objectives and technology constraints. • A developing knowledge of information security principles, frameworks and best practices and how those principles support the Group's Information & Cyber Security Strategy and Vision. • Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together to facilitate, moderate, and influence productive discussions driving towards results • Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how information security can support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals • Proven ability to map and understand complex relationships and interactions between Enterprise Architecture, business direction, emerging trends, emerging technologies, and legacy systems • Demonstrated relevant security expertise in designing security solutions for a mix of technology areas, with a focus on application, network and cloud security. • Demonstrated ability to learn on the role and develop expertise on the job to support security programs primarily in areas of PKI, CLM, HSMs, Cryptography • Cyber security certifications (such as SANS and any PKI training, or MS-PKI, CISSP, CCSP, CISM)
