Required Skills Python 3+ FastAPI & REST APIs LLMs GPT, Claude, Llama LangChain / LangGraph RAG & Prompt Engineering Vector Databases – pgvector / Weaviate PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Azure (Preferred) | AWS / GCP Docker & Kubernetes ServiceNow / Jira Integrations OAuth2, JWT & RBAC CI/CD, Git & Terraform Preferred Qualifications Experience building enterprise AI/GenAI applications Exposure to Agentic AI workflows and automation platforms Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM ecosystems Agile/Scrum delivery experience Experience in Telco, NOC, or IT Operations environments Key Expectations Take strong ownership of deliverables and timelines. Independently drive assigned technical modules from design through implementation. Proactively identify risks and develop effective solutions. Ensure high standards of code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. Act as a strong bridge between Architecture, Development, DevOps, and Operations teams.
