About the role
Mandatory Skills IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM Office & MWM Mobile) Workforce Demand Planning & Scheduling Dispatching & Resource Allocation End-to-End IFS MWM Implementation Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design scalable IFS MWM solutions. Implement workforce demand planning, scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation. Configure and customize IFS MWM applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for successful project delivery. Recommend process improvements to optimize workforce efficiency and reduce operational costs. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and production support. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM Office & Mobile). Expertise in Demand Planning, Scheduling, and Dispatching. Experience in at least one end-to-end IFS MWM implementation. Strong SQL knowledge, data structures, and query optimization. Experience integrating MWM with Maximo, OMS, COM, SAP, MuleSoft, GIS, and HCM systems. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
