About the role
Job Title: IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Location: Pune Experience: 4+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Consultant to implement, configure, customize, and support IFS MWM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver efficient mobile workforce solutions that improve field service operations. Required Skills Strong knowledge of IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM). Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications. Understanding of Field Service Management and mobile workforce processes. Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Familiarity with mobile application configuration and deployment. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 48 years of experience in IFS MWM or IFS Field Service solutions. Experience with IFS Cloud implementation or support projects. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. IFS certifications are an added advantage.
