Support greenfield migration initiatives and ensure data quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead design sessions. Create technical documentation and operational procedures. Build operational dashboards and reports to support asset lifecycle management. Essential Skills: Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in Hardware Asset Management are beneficial. Experience with integrations and data sources is a plus. Knowledge of the Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) is advantageous. Familiarity with enterprise discovery tools can enhance the candidates profile. Understanding of supportable design principles is helpful.
