About the role
; Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java technologies. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee the development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Guide and mentor junior developers to improve code quality, architecture, and performance. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with emerging trends in technology and recommend tools/processes for continuous improvement. Take ownership of delivery timelines and ensure high-quality outcomes. Requirements Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE technologies And Jasper Framework. Strong understanding of object-oriented design and microservices architecture. Proficient in frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc. Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns. Good knowledge of databases both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage team interactions and client discussions.
