About the role
Responsibilities: Project Implementation: Handle end-to-end Oracle EBS and Cloud technical implementation projects. Manage requirement collection, design, development, and testing of project tasks. Drive project execution while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues. Ensure adherence to quality processes, including verification and validation of deliverables. Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain Oracle EBS technical solutions. Work with Oracle APIs for AR and outbound conversions. Design and develop RDF/RTF reports. Apply basic knowledge of EDI integrations in project implementations. Team Management & Collaboration: Manage diversified teams with onsite and offshore presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate effective communication across the project team and stakeholders. Tools & Methodologies: Use project management and tracking tools such as MS Project, Zoho, ServiceNow, Jira. Leverage MS Office products like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and presentations. Ensure compliance with project management and quality standards.
