Senior Manager Engineering(TypeScript | Node.js | AWS)

Role: Your Impact and Ownership Lead engineering governance and reliability for our cross-border real estate platform while collaborating directly with the C-suite to enhance system robustness. Key Responsibilities at this Role Own production reliability and security of our AWS estate. Manage data governance for our MongoDB Atlas environment. Enhance CI/CD discipline through infrastructure as code. Document and rationalize the full platform structure. Implement engineering standards and documentation as the team expands. Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role 8+ years of software engineering experience least 2 years owning production reliability or security for a system handling money or regulated data (fintech, payments, lending, brokerage, or equivalent). Senior-level TypeScript/Node.js expertise Extensive MongoDB experience Hands-on AWS operations across a comparable footprint: EC2 fleets, load balancers and auto scaling, Lambda, SQS, Cognito. Experience adopting infrastructure as code onto an existing live system. Proficiency with agentic AI coding tools, Claude Code specifically. You use it daily, you know how to scope tasks for it, and you rigorously review and test what it produces before it touches production.
