About the role
We are looking for an experienced Power BI to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Build and optimize complex DAX calculations, Power Query (M) transformations, and data models. Design scalable star schemas and implement data warehousing best practices. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets. Lead end-to-end BI projects and mentor team members. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Support executive and operational reporting requirements. Required Skills Solid hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling, and SQL. Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Facts, Dimensions, SCDs). Experience working with large-scale enterprise data and multiple source systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or BigQuery. Exposure to data integration/orchestration tools. Power BI or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
