About the role
Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Management Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Infrastructure Automation Manage and automate server provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for cloud and on-premise environments Cloud & Containerization Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Work with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes Monitoring & Incident Management Monitor system and application performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across infrastructure and applications Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability and adherence to SLAs Collaboration & Process Improvement Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Advocate for DevOps best practices, including automation, observability, and security compliance Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing with team members
