JOB DESCRIPTION: • Understand the Jira layout and manage users' default settings • Utilize Jira tools to efficiently manage user accounts and permissions • Address and resolve inquiries related to group management • Integrate external user directories with Jira • Develop a strong understanding of workflows and project configurations • Configure existing projects and convert them to different project types as needed
