About the role
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week subject to change at any time. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation Lead to drive quality engineering and test automation initiatives across a complex banking technology environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities and is ideal for someone who is passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance software delivery. The successful candidate will lead automation strategy and delivery across multiple banking applications and technology platforms, mentor automation teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality testing solutions. This role also plays a key part in advancing AI-assisted software testing practices and driving automation excellence across the organization.
