About the role
As an experienced Business Analyst at CGI, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure efficient and scalable business solutions aligned with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders. - Creating detailed business process flows, use cases, and system specifications. - Acting as a liaison between different teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. - Supporting solution design, preparing test cases, and assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems for efficiency and scalability. - Providing regular project updates, status reports, and documentation for stakeholders. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business solutions. - Participating in requirement review sessions and maintaining documentation standards. Qualifications required for this role include: Must-Have Skills: - 3 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. - Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, and Confluence. - Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Robust stakeholder management and coordination abilities. - Experience in creating business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process workflows. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with SQL and Python. - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. - Experience working with Healthcare Insurance systems. - Exposure to automation or digital transformation projects.
