About the role
The Data and Reporting Analyst will serve as the enterprise reporting hub and data governance steward. You will own the reporting work stream for our Enterprise Application Portfolio implementation, lead a comprehensive audit of existing reports to ensure continuity post-implementation, and establish the foundational processes and infrastructure for enterprise-wide data management and self-serve analytics. This role bridges business intelligence, data governance, and operational analytics, working across internal teams, vendors, and consulting partners to ensure visibility and access to data it needs to operate and grow effectively. This role is required on-site in Midlothian, Virginia.
