Data Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Business Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare data migration and EMR transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for assessing, profiling, mapping, and validating data across multiple source systems to ensure successful migration into the new environment The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clinical teams, and technical resources to identify data dependencies, improve data quality, and support governance and migration activities throughout the project lifecycle. Flexible work is available including hybrid work from home/client site in Hobart.
