Budget - 20-30 LPA Position Overview: Must Have - Oracle DBA, Azure and scripting. Good to have - MySQL & MS SQL DBA 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA. Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases in production and non-production environments. Design and implement Blue-Green deployment strategies to minimize downtime and risk during releases. Manage Oracle databases on Azure cloud, including backup, recovery, monitoring, and scaling. Perform database upgrades, migrations, and patching activities. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery using Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate. Manage user access, roles, and security in compliance with organizational standards. Document procedures, configurations, and best practices. Strong knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c/19c, RAC, ASM, and Data Guard. Proven experience with Azure Cloud services related to database hosting and management. Experience implementing Blue-Green deployments or similar zero-downtime release strategies. Expertise in backup/recovery (RMAN), performance tuning, and database security. Strong skills in Azure, SQL, PL/SQL scripting, and automation (Shell/Python). Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools for proactive database management.
