About the role
The Director of Quality Engineering (QE) will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Quality Engineering program, overseeing 150+ resources across multiple workstreams and enterprise applications. This role is accountable for defining and executing the overall quality strategy, governance model, and delivery framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise delivery timelines, release schedules, and business priorities. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong program delivery expertise, QE transformation experience, and the ability to partner with client executives and senior stakeholders to drive quality outcomes, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
