Genesys Call Flow Developer Lead

CGI is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer Lead. The Genesys Cloud Developer Lead position will primarily be responsible for design, development and deployment of IVR flows, contact routing and interactions using Genesys Cloud Architect. This would include configuration of data action and system integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs. This position is located at our client site in either Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH. For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available.
