Java Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Immediate Joiners) 3 to 8 Years Job Summary We are looking for a talented Java Full Stack Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, modern front-end technologies, and relational databases. Candidates should be capable of developing end-to-end enterprise applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies. Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards. Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance. Required Technical Skills Backend Development 3–8 years of experience in Java application development. Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security. Strong understanding of Microservices architecture. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns. Front-End Development Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred) or React. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience developing responsive web applications. Familiarity with Bootstrap or Material UI. Database Strong SQL skills. Experience working with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and indexing. Messaging & Integration Experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging platforms is preferred. Understanding of asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture. DevOps & Tools Experience using Git for version control. Knowledge of Maven or Gradle. Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage. Cloud (Preferred) Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Understanding of cloud-native application development is a plus. Testing Experience with JUnit and Mockito. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks is preferred. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3–8 years of relevant experience as a Java Full Stack Developer. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices. Preferred Skills Experience working in enterprise applications. Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies. Familiarity with SonarQube, Nexus, and code quality tools. Good understanding of application security, including OAuth2 and JWT. Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
