Lead Business Analyst-Product Owner

As a Lead Business Analyst-Product Owner at CGI, you will be responsible for translating requirements into functional designs, composing user stories, and spearheading backlog grooming. Your role will involve working closely with developers, designers, testers, and other team members to deliver quality solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Translate requirements into viable functional designs while maintaining product integrity - Compose user stories consistent with features and development - Spearhead backlog grooming - Develop testing strategy and direct test script maintenance - Up skill the team on Collections/market trends - Review and guide the work of junior analysts - Confirm transfer of knowledge throughout the project - Provide supervision and task management for the functional team - Ensure system and training documentation is updated for release Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience - Primary Skills: Banking and Finance, Loan Origination, Debt Collection, UI/UX Design, Payment Processing - Soft Skills: Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Customer Centricity, Stakeholder Management, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills - Good-to-Have Skills: Process flow and data flow, User knowledge of ASOP tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket), Visio At CGI, life is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect, and belonging.
