Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Aura) Immediate Joiners | 6–8 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components , and Salesforce platform customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements. Develop custom solutions using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex. Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Experience, Lightning Components (Aura), and Visualforce. Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for third-party integrations. Configure Salesforce objects, custom fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, flows, reports, and dashboards. Develop reusable Lightning components and implement scalable application architecture. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements. Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations. Create and execute unit test classes to maintain Salesforce deployment requirements. Support production deployments, release management, and post-production activities. Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Required Technical Skills Salesforce Development 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expertise in Apex programming, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex. Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. Hands-on experience developing Lightning Components (Aura Framework). Strong knowledge of Visualforce Pages and Controllers. Experience with Lightning Data Service and Salesforce security model. Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules. Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling. Integration Experience developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns. Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications. Deployment & Version Control Experience using Salesforce DX (SFDX). Familiarity with Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, or CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Exposure to Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins is an advantage. Development Tools Salesforce Developer Console. Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extensions. Workbench and Data Loader. Debug Logs and Developer Tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 6–8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Skills Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required/preferred). Salesforce Platform Developer II or App Builder certification is a plus. Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud). Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD best practices. Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills. Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions. Experience 6–8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Development.
