Responsibilities • Implement and configure SAP-HCM modules such as PA, OM, TM, and CATS • Analyze HR business processes and provide solutions to enhance efficiency. • Should have good experience and knowledge on Workday Interfaces. • Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP-HCM. • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. • Provide end-user support and training for SAP-HCM functionalities. • Good knowledge on SAP HCM integration points with FICO and PS • Good experience on integration points of CATS and other modules • Employee hire and termination • Employee payroll Good experience on integration points of CATS and other modules CGI is an equal opportunity employer.
