Senior Forward Deployed Developer (Golang/Next.js)

CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Forward Deployed Developer to join the team responsible for the Wealth360 Digital Wealth Platform, a modern cloud-native platform transforming the digital wealth management experience. This is a hands-on technical role for a senior software professional who enjoys owning features from concept through production while working across backend services, frontend applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation. You'll collaborate with a high-performing engineering team to design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable solutions using Go, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud technologies. AI-assisted software development is a core part of the engineering workflow, and you'll leverage modern AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while applying sound engineering judgment and maintaining high standards for security, reliability, and quality. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in one of CGI's Atlantic Canada offices, including Halifax, NS; Moncton or Fredericton, NB; Stratford, PEI; or St. John's, NL, with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week onsite.
