Senior Full Stack Developer/Lead

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office 1 day per week and/or Client office (700 University Ave) at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, cloud technologies, and AI, along with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. You will play a key role in building next-generation digital insurance platforms across policy administration, underwriting, claims, and customer engagement. This position requires a hands-on technologist who can design scalable systems, integrate AI capabilities, and modernize legacy insurance platforms into cloud-native, API-driven ecosystems.
