Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Local to Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Dallas

This role will require someone onsite at our client office in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX. Love technology? We do too. CGI is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who will work within the Production support and Performance Management practice to drive excellence and innovation to support operational delivery priorities. SRA works closely with the support team and ensures critical internal and external application services maintain reliability and uptime appropriate to client's needs while keeping an ever watchful eye on identifying the improvement opportunities and operational gaps. This role includes SOP documentation, identifying opportunities for automation, working with offshore teams, understanding complex systems and technologies, understanding AIOps etc.
