About the role
CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide expert level systems engineering support across the full system lifecycle for a Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program for the US Army. This role assesses complex systems, identifies problems, designs technical solutions, develops system upgrades, and collaborates across engineering, program management, vendors, and IT teams to ensure system performance, quality, and mission readiness. The Senior Systems Engineer leads the design, integration, testing, and optimization of systems while also driving continuous improvements and cost effective engineering strategies. This position is ideal for a highly specialized senior engineer with deep experience supporting Defense programs. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO.
