The Technical Change Process Engineer is responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing processes by conducting research, analyzing data, developing new procedures, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality and safety compliance. They analyze existing processes, conduct root cause analysis for failures, use simulation software to test changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes. This position is located in USA VA Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
