Both written and verbal ( essential ) . Should be able to handle a small team of 5-6 people (desirable,not essential) . Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology (essential) Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring,to development,testing and delivery (desirable,not essential) .
