About the role
As a Software Test Engineer (QA), your role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of .NET-based web applications and .NET MAUI mobile apps for both Android and iOS platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Your key responsibilities include: - Performing manual and automated testing for .NET web applications and MAUI mobile apps - Testing applications across platforms including Web, Android, and iOS - Identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs using standard tools - Conducting API testing for REST services using tools like Postman - Collaborating with developers and product teams to understand requirements - Ensuring software quality, usability, and reliability before release - Participating in CI/CD pipelines and supporting automated test integration To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong experience in Software Testing / QA methodologies - Hands-on experience in testing .NET MAUI or Xamarin mobile apps - Good understanding of test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Playwright - Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger - Knowledge of SQL for database validation - Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience with: - Automation frameworks in C# - Performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner - CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins - Mobile testing tools and device/emulator testing - Basic understanding of security testing This position is looking for immediate joiners.
