About the role
About the program This internship provides handson exposure in Production and Quality functions within a leading Vertical Turbine Pump manufacturing company. Interns will work closely with the production and quality teams to gain practical insights into pump manufacturing processes, quality assurance methods, and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting in production planning, monitoring process flows, supporting inspection activities, preparing quality control records, and learning about inprocess checks and final product testing. Interns will also understand material traceability, calibration practices, and documentation control in line with industry requirements. The program is designed to develop technical, analytical, and problemsolving skills while offering a clear understanding of how largescale engineering products are manufactured and maintained for quality compliance.
