Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and high-quality software delivery across multiple teams and environments. - Automating operational tasks such as build, test, release, and deployment workflows to enhance speed and consistency. - Managing release processes, including versioning, tagging, rollback strategies, and progressive delivery. - Integrating automated testing, code quality gates, and security scanning into delivery pipelines. In addition to CI/CD and automation, you will also be involved in: - Architecting, provisioning, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools. - Designing for high availability, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency while optimizing cloud spend. - Managing multi-environment setups with environment parity and configuration management best practices. - Evaluating and adopting new cloud-native services aligned with business and engineering goals. Furthermore, your role will encompass: - Building and managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes. - Defining standards for container image builds, registry management, security scanning, and image lifecycle. - Implementing and maintaining service mesh, ingress, and networking solutions within Kubernetes environments. - Driving adoption of Helm charts or Kustomize for consistent and repeatable Kubernetes deployments. You will also be responsible for: - Building and maintaining a comprehensive observability stack covering metrics, logs, and distributed tracing. - Defining SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets in partnership with engineering teams. - Leading incident response processes, on-call rotations, blameless post-mortems, and reliability improvements. - Proactively identifying and addressing toil, bottlenecks, and single points of failure in the platform. Moreover, you will be involved in: - Embedding security practices into infrastructure and pipelines, such as secrets management and network segmentation. - Ensuring infrastructure compliance with relevant standards and collaborating with the security team on security posture improvements. - Implementing and enforcing IaC security scanning to maintain a secure environment.
