Your impact begins on day one, and your contributions will help define our future in the region The Sr.Specialist is responsible for providing operational coordination support across network infrastructure and services. This role focuses on organizing and synchronizing activities, maintaining operational plans, and establishing repeatable processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service reliability. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day coordination of network operations, ensuring alignment across teams, stakeholders, and service timelines Act as a central point of coordination for network-related activities, including maintenance, deployments, and incident response Track operational tasks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution Coordinate cross-functional activities related to network changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts Facilitate communication between engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Support scheduling and execution of planned maintenance windows and change events Develop, maintain, and update operational plans, runbooks, and schedules for network services Ensure plans are documented, version-controlled, and aligned with organizational standards Monitor progress against plans and escalate risks or delays as needed What you have Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience supporting network operations in an enterprise environment Strong understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers) Experience with change management and operational processes Preferred Qualifications Strong coordination and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize effectively Clear and concise communication (both technical and non-technical) Attention to detail and focus on process improvement Problem-solving and risk identification Whats in it for you At Schwab India, youre empowered to shape your future.
