Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js / AWS) Position Title : Software Engineer Experience : 4 + years Location : Hyderabad Role Overview We are seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Developer with around 4+ years of hands-on experience in modern web and mobile application development. This role is ideal for someone who: Has startup experience or startup mentality Can move fast and take ownership Is comfortable across Frontend, Backend, Cloud, and DevOps Loves learning new technologies Wants to help build a scalable HealthTech product with real-world impact Tech Stack Frontend React.js Backend Node.js REST APIs / Microservices Mobile React Native (iOS & Android) Cloud & DevOps AWS Jenkins CI/CD AWS CLI Cloud deployments and automation Database DynamoDB (Document-based NoSQL database) Responsibilities Build scalable frontend applications using React.js Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native Work on AWS cloud infrastructure and deployments Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CLI Collaborate closely with product managers and leadership teams Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance Participate in architecture and technical design discussions Take ownership of features from concept to deployment Work in a highly agile startup environment with fast iteration cycles Required Qualifications 4+ years of Full Stack development experience Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development Strong understanding of AWS cloud services Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Good understanding of DevOps concepts and cloud-native deployments Experience working with NoSQL/document databases (DynamoDB preferred) Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Strong communication and collaboration skills
