JD: Guidewire Claim Center (GW-CC) Location: Pune / Bangalore only NP Immediate-30 Days Experience- 5+ Years Minimum Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned to lead and oversee development initiatives on the Guidewire Claim Center (GW-CC) platform within the Open Systems Application Development (OSA Dev) team under the Capacity Model. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical leadership, deep domain expertise in insurance claims, and bilingual proficiency (Japanese JLPT N4/N3+) to manage cross-functional teams and client engagements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects on Guidewire Claim Center, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals. Provide technical and strategic guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and implementation. Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure successful delivery. Oversee resource planning, performance management, and team development. Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations. Manage risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Guidewire Claim Center platform Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration frameworks Solid understanding of insurance claims lifecycle and business processes Leadership & Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale development teams and client engagements Robust project management and stakeholder communication skills Ability to mentor and grow technical talent Language Skills: Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N4/N3+ level Experience working in bilingual or multicultural environments Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Guidewire certifications (Claim Center) are highly desirable. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
