Hiring: SFCC Principal Engineer Tech Lead (Contract, Bangalore) We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Principal Engineer with 11+ years of experience (8+ relevant) to provide technical leadership across SFCC and composable/headless commerce implementations. Location: Bangalore Engagement: Contract (612 months) Budget: 2.20 Lakh per month Shift: General Role Overview: As the SFCC Principal Engineer, you will own architecture, frontend performance, and delivery for large-scale multi-brand, multi-region commerce platforms, while mentoring engineers and aligning stakeholders across product, design, and engineering. Technical Expertise Required: - Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) - Composable / Headless Commerce - SSR / Hydration / Rendering Strategies - Frontend Performance & Core Web Vitals - Multi-Brand / Multi-Region Architecture - CI/CD & Frontend Platform Delivery - CMS & Content-Driven Architecture (Amplience preferred) - Observability, Monitoring & Production Support - Salesforce PWA Kit Leadership Competencies: - Cross-team influence & stakeholder alignment - Mentorship & engineering enablement - Agile delivery leadership - Strategic thinking & roadmapping - Decision-making under ambiguity - Problem solving & root cause analysis Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for SFCC and composable commerce builds. - Define rendering strategies (SSR/hydration) and drive frontend performance & Core Web Vitals. - Architect multi-brand/multi-region commerce solutions with SFCC PWA Kit. - Own CI/CD, frontend platform delivery, observability, monitoring, and production support. - Mentor engineers, run code reviews, and raise overall engineering standards. - Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver at scale.
